Forced migration presents many women with the challenge of reorienting themselves professionally in a new country. This process often leads to feelings of overwhelm and insecurity, especially concerning professional self-esteem.
Our free therapeutic course, "Strengthening Resources: Professional Self-Esteem After Migration," is aimed at highly qualified women from Ukraine who have found refuge in Austria and are now looking to reshape their professional paths. Led by clinical psychologist Nataliya Khalimovska, the course offers support to strengthen emotional resources, rebuild professional self-esteem, and regain confidence in their professional abilities.
The course aims to help participants manage their psychological stress and develop strategies for stress management and self-care. This enables them to pursue their professional goals with greater confidence and successfully integrate into the Austrian job market.
Additionally, the course encourages the exchange of experiences among participants, which helps to build a supportive network and facilitates social integration.
