A large number of Ukrainian women with demanding professions and diverse work experience are currently in Austria. At the same time, there are many positions in Austrian companies which are open and have remained unfilled for a long time.
Our goal is to help Ukrainian women to find work in jobs that match their qualifications and professional ambitions or at least come as close as possible to doing this. We go beyond just mentoring. Through networking and individual solutions, we reach our goal – successful employment – without any detours.
