The Safavi Impact Institute recently conducted a practical training session on "Job Interview and Self-Presentation." Participants received a comprehensive overview of the structure of a professional job interview—from the first handshake to delicate topics such as salary expectations. A key part of the training was self-presentation, where participants learned the essential elements to include in their introduction to leave a positive and lasting impression. Emphasis was placed on the importance of a clear structure and the targeted communication of strengths and experiences. Through practical exercises, participants practiced presenting their professional backgrounds and competencies, allowing each to perfect her presentation and prepare effectively for successful job interviews. The training helped participants refine their self-presentation skills and gain greater confidence for future interviews.
